Set the Bar High for Your Holiday Parties

One of my favorite parts of hosting friends and family this time of year is decorating the house, and making it feel like we've been transported to the set of a cheesy holiday movie. Providing seasonal foods and drinks is a great way to bring some extra cheer to the gathering, and they can serve as conversation starters as well. Set the tone for your next holiday bash with our favorite festive cocktails.

Candy Cane Cosmo

Candy Cane Cosmo Sous Vide

The cosmo has become a bar staple, so we gave it a festive twist. This drink looks as festive as it tastes with its crushed candy cane rim and candy cane garnish. Use the magic of sous vide to infuse the candy can flavor into your vodka, and don't forget the sous vide creme de menthe.
New Years Eve Maple Eggnog Sous Vide

Eggnog is a winter holiday classic. If it's one of your favorites, you'll love how easy sous vide makes it, never worry about curdled eggs in your nog again. This drink can be made virgin and enjoyed by younger guests, or guests who abstain. If you're looking to make this your go to cocktail, we recommend adding the scotch and/or brandy.

mulled cider sous vide

Mulled Cider with Maple Sous Vide

If the cold outside makes you want something warm, mulled cider is warm, festive and delicious. Sous vide is our preferred method of infusion of flavor, and "mulling" of this beverage. Again this beverage is great served up virgin, and can easily be "spiced up" with a little bit of bourbon.

White Creme de Menthe Stinger Sous Vide

This one isn't as overly festive or seasonal as the others, and is perfect for those who enjoy that hint of mint. Anything minty feels in season for the holidays, and when it comes to stingers, your holiday party guests will want you to keep them coming.
