Matt Jennings began working in the foodservice industry at the early age of 15, beginning as a prep cook and stock boy for a grocery and café in Massachusetts. From there, Matt worked his way through various positions on the line and eventually enrolled at the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont. Matt has a very storied and celebrated culinary career. We are proud to work with him in his latest endeavor, Red Barn Kitchen.
