I have no idea how we lived without our AryVacmaster
My husband thought I had finally completely lost it when our VacMaster arrived about 6 years ago as I was playing around with Sous Vide cooking, and he thought it was excessive. I was also a little anxious having spent so much money. I have to say we absolutely love the vacmaster and we use it constantly to vacuumn oack and seal food in large batched for the freezer - chicken stock, beef stock, beef stew, soups, chile. I also use it weekly to cook a bunch of proteins sous vide for lunches/dinner during the week, I also use it to vacuumn and seal larger quanities of spices in small packs.. I think it has more than paid for itself in the time we have had it. We have replaced the lid once - it lost vacuum - to be honest I think that was due to my husband being overenthusiastic holding the lid down. The staff that we spoke to during that time were great.
