We saw a market for a smaller, more affordable vacuum packaging machine that could be used throughout the foodservice, restaurant and home markets. Our team remains on the forefront of vacuum packaging and sous vide cooking with the development of our SV1 Immersion Circulator more than 10 years ago. We are honored to have on our team, Chef Eric Villegas who trained with Dr. Bruno Goussault, the culinary genius behind the development of sous vide.
