Tiramisu Dip Recipe
10 Ounces Mascarpone Cheese
1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
3 1/2 Tablespoons Sugar, Granulated
1 1/2 Tablespoon Kahlua (or other coffee liqueur)
Cocoa Powder, For Dusting
Ladyfinger Biscuits, To Serve
In a large mixing bowl of a stand mixer, whip the mascarpone with the whisk attachment for about a minute until creamy.
Beat in heavy cream, sugar, and Kahlua until thick, about 2-5 minutes.
Divide mixture into 2 large ramekins or one large for sharing.
Using a sugar shaker or similar dust the surface generously with the cocoa powder
Serve with ladyfingers on the side, for dipping!
