7"X9" 3 mil bags
I purchased these bags specifically to hold a 5"hamburger I press out at 6 to 10 ounces. They also will hold a chicken breast or small chuck-eye steak. >y previous bags were 6" X 10"; 4 mils thick and a little difficult to fold down. These are better, but the plastic feels "weaker" for some reason. Flimsier maybe. I just got them and hove not used them much, yet. I'll know more in a few weeks.
