Vacuum seal tool
I’ve been cooking sous vide for six years now and have many gadgets to make prep, loading and cooking easier. I do most of prep on the board and use the tool to load the bag, which works great. I loaded a 6 pound rib roast in a 10” bag (no bone since they would fit in the 10” bag) without a problem. Ribs went in a separate bag as did the rest of the roast and the other ribs. The bags sealed without a problem. The loading tool is on my counter next to the bag loading ring stand. It’s a tough test to pass to qualify to be “on the counter” in my kitchen. Good job Vac Master.
